Disneyland U.S.A. - People and Places Ad Sheets

Here's a fun advertisement for 1956's Disneyland U.S.A. - People and Places. These sheets must have been for theater owners as it talks all about how to get the trailer for the film and suggestions on placing ads.

Also included are some great "Ad Slugs".

I want all those accessories!

Looks like a campaign book. Are these individual sheets or is it more like a catalog?

Hey Matt - I knew this thing had some sort of name, yes "Campaign Book" sounds right. Its actually one big sheet that is tri-folded, with each page measuring 9 1/2 by 12 1/2.

I have a much larger (11 by 14) "Campaign Book" for The Jungle Book, its about 50 pages and includes a separate "Ad pad" of about 20 pages!

Love the ads! Disneyland U.S.A. is probably the most beautiful film of early Disneyland. I was so happy to see it as part of the Disneyland - Secrets, Stories & Magic DVD from a few years ago.
