"Happy Birthday from Disneyland" Ticket - 1995

Is 1995 Vintage? Depends who you ask I suppose. Well, 30 years ago passes the Vintage test for me so here we go.

It appears this "Happy Birthday from Disneyland" ticket from 1995 did not have to be used on your actual birthday.  This ticket was used on March 19, 1995. $34.95 seems a bit high, regular prices were around $31 in 1994 (Tokyo Magic Rocks!)

Those first two paragraphs are standard ticket stuff, but the middle section mentions restaurant seating and to present the ticket to the server before ordering.  Maybe this "Birthday Party" ticket includes a free meal or cake or maybe just a free Coke?  That would justify the slightly higher price.

At first I thought this was a ticket for Disneyland's 1995 birthday, in other words the 40th anniversary. I had no idea that they ever sold "Happy Birthday" tickets! Very cool.

This post is proof it is possible to learn new things about Disney tickets. We visited once on my wife’s birthday, which is close to Christmas. She got a pin announcing her birthday and every CM that day wished her happy birthday. She later said it was a record since most people skip the birthday and say merry Christmas.

Thank you for the post.

This whole thread got me thinking about how different the park experience was back in the 90s compared to today. No MaxPass, no MagicBands, just a paper ticket and a map. It’s a simpler time that many of us look back on fondly. Speaking of making the most of your time and money, if you're planning a trip to the parks or just looking for some fun ways to treat yourself, I've recently come across some interesting options online. For instance, you can check out bet on win for some entertaining diversions when you're not in the parks. It’s always good to have a backup plan for downtime.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 Jackets, Hoodies & Outfits collection perfectly captures the excitement surrounding this historic tournament across three host nations. Every piece blends national pride with modern streetwear aesthetics for a look that feels both celebratory and stylish. The lightweight construction makes these pieces ideal for summer match days and viewing parties. I appreciate how each nation's unique cultural identity shines through the design details. This collection truly celebrates the beautiful game in style.
