Like TokyoMagic!, I was going to point out that Frankie seems to be signing autographs. His "Glenn Strange" mask is pretty good. The little girls with the snow cones are obviously terrified.
Wow, it looks like Frankenstein signed autographs....unless he's just reading those kids a story.
