That was a free cell that was given away in a magazine, I believe Disney News, for Mickey's 60th I think.I have a couple of them, somewhere in the great pile of stuff I need to get to.

"Mickey is Sixty!" was a special commemorative magazine that was published in 1988 for the 60th birthday of the mouse.
